Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 days of receiving your order. 

Shipping is free within the Benelux and to Germany, France, Sweden, Denmark,  Italy and Spain.

For the rest of Europe: with a minimum order amount of €99 the order will be shipped free of charge (otherwise € 9,95).

Returns

If you are not happy with the order, you can change your mind within at least 30 days (starting from the day you receive the order). The consumer has to pay the return shipping costs in case of withdrawal.

Goods purchased online must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging (with the label attached)  in order for us to process an exchange or refund:

 Warranty

Please be mindful of cleaning- and care instructions but we understand accidents can happen. If your bracelet is broken we can usually repair it. If this warrants a small fee (depends of the amount of beads that are missing) we'll contact you before proceeding.
